Stephanie has years of experience working with and caring for companion animals. She and her husband have two dogs, Newton and Cutie Pie, and one cat, Tom Tom. Her hobbies include family time, gardening, traveling, and reading.

Shelbie – Office Manager

Shelbie – Office Manager

Shelbie has worked in veterinary medicine for over 10 years and rejoined the North County Animal Hospital team in 2025 as Office Manager. Her past roles include kennel tech, veterinary assistant, lead receptionist, and more. She lives with four dogs—Kody, Kabella, Khaos, and Ryatt—and three cats: Panther, Leo, and Shadow. Outside of work, Shelbie enjoys reading, gaming, gardening, and spending time with loved ones.

Callie Jo – Lead Technician

Callie Jo – Lead Technician

A licensed technician since 2010, Callie Jo enjoys the continuous learning veterinary medicine offers. She lives in Kelso with her husband, three boys, two dogs, and three cats, appreciating the Pacific Northwest for its natural beauty.

In the veterinary field since 2019, Halen has a 3-year-old orange tabby and a Syrian hamster at home. Born in Arizona, she moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2012, aiming to continue her career with animals.

Amber

Amber

Amber has been working in the veterinary field since 2013 and will be completing her schooling in 2023. She is passionate about animal care. Born in Kalama, she has lived in several states but considers Kalama her true home. Her family includes her spouse, two children, a dog named Jaxon, and several rescue cats. Amber enjoys snowboarding, the ocean, and spending time with her kids and friends.

Darby

Darby

A veterinary assistant since 2019, Darby has always had a love for dogs, particularly large breeds. She and her fiancé have three daughters, three dogs, and a cat. Darby enjoys spending time in the mountains or at the beach with her kids and dogs.

Jess

Jess

Jess began working in veterinary medicine in 2021 and joined the hospital in October 2023. She has always had a deep love for animals—since childhood, she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian and is now considering pursuing her CVT license. Jess shares her home with a lively pack of King Charles Cavaliers, a few cats, two hamsters, and a colorful collection of freshwater fish. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her family and pets, caring for her aquariums, and diving into creative crafts.

Frost

Frost

Frost has been working in the veterinary field since 2020 and became part of the team in 2024. Her passion for animals started at a young age and continues to grow with each new experience. Frost lives with her two beloved cats—Mary Jane, a calico, and Milk, a white shorthair—who keep her on her toes. Outside of work, Frost enjoys going to live music events, hiking, traveling, and playing Fortnite.

Trisha

Trisha

Trisha brings over 20 years of experience in veterinary care and joined the team in April 2025. Her love for animals has been lifelong—something she’s felt for as long as she can remember. Trisha’s furry family includes Pickle, a spirited Standard Poodle, and Marvin, a curious cat. When she’s not at the clinic, Trisha enjoys tending to her houseplants, gardening, camping, kayaking, and spending time with her friends, family, and her dog’s playgroup.

Amy

Amy

Amy began working in veterinary medicine in 2016 and joined the hospital in 2020 as a Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant. Her love for animals started early—she knew this was her path the day she tossed out all her Barbies in favor of Littlest Pet Shop toys. Amy shares her life with Luna, a 12-year-old Border Collie mix; Skunk, a spunky 4-year-old Border Collie; and two “rotten” cats named Poe and Grem. In her free time, Amy enjoys getting her hands dirty with plants and soil—gardening is her happy place.
