
Dr. Samuel Kopman
Dr. Kopman graduated Ross University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. He has been caring for pet and animal companions for 18 years. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Southwest Washington Veterinary Medical Association. He enjoys the variety and challenges of caring and helping dogs and cats and their families.
He enjoys traveling with his wife and family. He has a keen interest in bee keeping and is actively attempting to improve his bee stock through selective breeding.

Dr. Marie Allen
Dr. Marie Allen joined North County Animal Hospital in October 2025 and brings a strong interest in both surgery and dermatology. She finds the greatest reward in her work through helping pets live more comfortable, healthy lives by alleviating pain and improving their quality of life.
Originally from Skamokawa, Washington, Dr. Allen earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University in 2015 before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Sydney in 2021. Growing up in an area with limited veterinary care and a deep love for animals inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
At home, Dr. Allen enjoys life with her Australian Shepherd, Foster, who keeps her active and entertained. Outside of the hospital, she has a wide range of hobbies including bouldering, scuba diving, hiking, reading, and watching horror movies.

Dr. Linda Davis
Dr. Linda Davis joined North County Animal Hospital in September 2025 and brings more than 20 years of veterinary experience to the team. Her professional interests include small animal dentistry and soft tissue surgery, and she is an active member of the Washington State Veterinary Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. She finds the greatest satisfaction in knowing her work helps prolong the lives of the pets she cares for.
Dr. Davis earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Oregon State University before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Growing up in an Air Force family, she lived in many places around the world—including Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines—and her lifelong love for animals led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine after working for two decades as a veterinary assistant.
At home, Dr. Davis shares her life with three beloved pets: Milo, a resilient rescue cat from St. Kitts; Riley, her lively red heeler born on the Fourth of July; and Stan, her red merle Aussie who brings plenty of humor to the household. Outside of work, she enjoys photography and spending time with her family, especially her husband of 37 years, John, their two adult children, and her granddaughter, Kallie.
